Welcome to this Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation, a Guided Meditation for relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, and relaxed awareness and mindfulness.

In this meditation, we will explore the Prana Maya Kosha, the subtle energy body through visualized pranayama techniques as well as a mantra "Ahem Prema" translated to "I Am Love" to bring a state of Loving Awareness into the whole body.
